Mesotherapy is a series of microinjections into the mesoderm or middle layer of skin, delivering healing or corrective treatment to a specific area of the body.

WHAT IS MESOTHERAPY?
Invented in 1952 by French Physician Dr. Michel Pistor to treat conditions such as rheumatology, sports traumatology, infectious diseases and vascular diseases and to improve circulation. Dr Pistor discovered that when small amounts of medications were injected into the mesoderm, blood flow would increase to the treated area, dissolving excess fat deposits, improving lymphatic drainage and removing hardened connective tissue.
Until now the technique has been widely used in France and Brazil for body sculpturing, cellulite reduction and skin rejuvenation. On average, the patients featured in The Cellulite Cure completed their treatments in less than 10 sessions, although some patients require additional treatments if their cellulite is particularly severe.

HOW DOES MESOTHERAPY REDUCE OR ELIMINATE CELLULITE AND FAT?
Mesotherapy treats three factors involved in cellulite formation. Your doctor creates a specific formula to reduce the fat in your cellulite, improve impaired circulation and break down damaged connective tissue - thereby smoothing the skin's surface. Mesotherapy can treat cellulite located anywhere on the body.
The mixture of medications used in Mesotherapy melts the fat beneath the skin and shrinks the deeper fat cells. Once the fat has been dissolved, it is absorbed into the bloodstream where it is carried away and removed from the body through the kidneys. The formula of medications is used to treat cellulite, destroy the connective tissues that cause the dimpling effect and dissolve fat cells that are trapped. This results in a smooth, dimple-free appearance.
